(54) EXTRUSION HEAD
(5 /) The invention relates to the formation of products from polymers. It may be. used in chemical and tire industries. The purpose of the invention is to facilitate the changeover of the head to another product profile. For this, the extrusion head contains two movable clamping elements to press the finishing bar and the cartridge with force against the surface of the head. The head is provided with additional clamping elements to press the cassette to the head beyond the height of the finishing bar. Additional elements are made in the form of two-arm swivel arms in branches. The levers are connected to a common or individual running body. The free ends of the arms are provided with rollers for interacting with the front and back sides of the cassette. To replace the finishing bar, the front arms of the arms are pressed onto the cassette. Thereafter, the clamping elements are retracted and the finishing bar is replaced. The clamping elements are retracted to replace the finishing bar and cassette. To eject the cassette, the running bodies are loaded so that the back branches abut against the rear wall of the cassette and push it out of the extrusion head. One upper and one lower movable clamping elements - wedges 6, which are mounted for movement between the extrusion head 1 and the holder 7 of the clamping wedges 6 and are driven relative to the finishing bar 5 by means of (shown) a hydraulic cylinder. Due to the appropriate loading of the clamping wedge 6, the profile strip 5, and with it the cassette 3, are pressed in firmly with force to the contact surface of the extrusion head t or respectively at the head parts of the extrusion head.
The clamping device is provided with additional clamping elements located on each side of the extrusion head 1 and mounted so that they can be moved relative to the front side of the cassette 3 and pressed against its surface beyond the height of the finishing bar 5. For this, in the lateral ends of the cassette 3 extrusion head 1 has recesses 8, in which the supports 9 are installed, and the supports 9 located on the respective sides form vertical axes 10 rigidly mounted relative to the extrusion head 1. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, both levers 11 are combined into cam elements 15. The ends 16 of the levers 11 extending from the cassette 3 have a common rod 17 with which the running gear is pivotally connected — a piston 18 of the hydraulic cylinder of a double-acting cylinder 19, which has a hinge rigid relative to the extrusion head 1 support at the point 20 of the console 21 connected to the extrusion head 1.

The pivot axis 10 of the lever system 15 is located behind the front plane of the cassette 3, which is necessary for the quick removal of the front leg 13 of the lever 11 from the zone where the cassette 3 is located.
In the embodiment (Fig. 3), each lever 11 has an individual suspension organ — its own separate cylinder 19, to which the opposite cassettes 3 and the ends of the arms are connected. The width of the cassette 3 is chosen greater than the width of the rear surface of the adjacent extrusion head 1.
Preparation for operation of the extrusion head is carried out as follows.
To replace only the finishing bar.
The 5 cylinders 19 are loaded first so that the front arms 13 press through the rollers 12 onto the cassette 3 and firmly hold it in the extrusion head 1. Thereafter, the clamping wedges 6 are retracted and the finishing bar 5 is replaced. After re-pressing the clamping wedges

In order to replace the finishing bar 5 and the cassette 3, the clamping wedges 6 are again loosened and retracted. To push the cassette 3 out, the hydraulic cylinders 19 are loaded so that the back arms 14 of the levers 11 abut against the back wall of the cassette 3 and push the last of the extrusion head 1 out. The front branches 13 of the levers 11 serve not only to press the cassette 3 to the extrusion head 1 when replacing only the finishing bar 5, but also to install and push the cassette 3 into the extrusion head 1,

In the embodiment (Fig. 4), the double-arm lever 11, also in the shape of U, is supported by its simple end 16 on a pivoting, vertical and rigid axis 10 relative to the extrusion head 1. In the middle of the lever 11 at point 17 is attached, depending on the situation telstv, common hydraulic cylinder 19, connected garniarno with the extrusion head.
In this manner, the design of the extrusion head allows the profile finishing bar to be changed with simple structural means independently of the cassette 3. In this case, the cassette 3 is pressed separately by additional clamping elements. Due to the fact that they are located outside the plane in which pure plank 5 is located, the latter can be easily and simply removed and changed.
Due to the fact that the clamping wedges 6 after changing the finishing bar 5 again act on the finishing bar 5 which is pressed together with the cartridge 3 into the extrusion head 1, the pressure on the additional clamping elements - levers 11 can be reduced again.
In order to remove and replace the cassette 3, it is enough to push aside the clamping elements pressing it to the head and the cassette 3 can be freely removed towards the front side.
Through the use of levers according to p. 2, favorable directions of application of force can be established. With the help of levers made in accordance with p. 3, the driving element 19 designed to control them can be used not only to press the cassette 3, but also to extrude it. In this way, it is possible to save on separate cylinders specifically designed for squeezing the cassette 3.
Due to the use of rollers 12, flawless clamping is carried out, and due to the arrangement of the rotary axis, the end of the lever 11, abutting against the front side of the cassette 3, can be very quickly withdrawn from the zone of its location.

1. An extrusion head comprising a clamping device for pressing the finishing bar and a cassette to the surface of the extrusion

2. Extrusion. Head according to claim 1, characterized in that the additional clamping elements are in the form of levers mounted rotatably around an axis rigidly mounted with respect to the extrusion head, one of the free ends of each lever rotatably positioned to the front side of the cassette and the levers are connected with an individual or common body running on a rigid relative to the extrusion head support.

3. An extrusion head according to claim 2, wherein the width of the cassette is chosen greater than the width of the rear surface of the extrusion die, while the free ends of the arms are taped to the reverse side of the cassette.
